y-7=-2(x-0)

Using the slope formula, y2-y1/x2-x1, the slope is -2. Then, use one of the point given and the slope to make a point slope form equation.

You can turn the point slope form into slope intercept form by isolating y. You can also change the point slope into standard form by isolating the number.
