Answer:

Explanation:

- 6x + 7y = - 6 ⇒ 6x = 7y + 6 ...... (1)

6x - 8y = 12 ........ (2)

(1) ------> (2)

( 7y + 6 ) - 8y = 12

- y + 6 = 12

y = - 6 ------> (1)

- 6x + 7( - 6 ) = - 6

6x = - 42 + 6

x = - 6

( - 6 , - 6 )
