1.)anything raised to a negative will be turned it a fraction

eg.x^ -2. it will turn into 1/x^2

so we rearrange the equation as:


\frac{ {y}^(2) }{ {x}^(9) {x}^(3) }

2.)simplify the like terms

x^9× x^3 = x^11

3.)write your end result


\frac{ {y}^(2) }{ {x}^(11) }
