4 and 3.14, if you decide the numbers in both Collums you will always get 4.

Constant of proportionality for first table: 4

Constant of proportionality for second table: 3.14

P = 4s ; C = 3.14d

Explanation:

If you divide any of the numbers under the P column by the numbers in the s column you get 4 every time

If you divide any of the number under the C column by the numbers in the d column you get 3.14 every time
