So linear line.

Draw a straight line from point (0,3) on a coordinate plane from any two points, as long as it hits (0,3)

For example yuou can graph (0,3) {must} and then you can graph like 1,2 or something and then you got a line that passes throguh (0,3) unless specified slope or otherwise
