how do I solve this?​

Answer:

4⁻⁸/2⁻⁴ = 2²

Explanation:

2 x 2 = 4 so that would be the base, then we have to add the two first powers... which would give us 4⁻⁸ divided by 2⁻⁴

After this we just have to divide the numbers, so 4 divided by 2 is 2, and then -8 +- -4 = 2

I think its like that
