Is it healthy to keep everything to ourselves from everyone? Like how we're feeling in general/or about something specific. So is it good or bad to keep our feelings and emotionally how we are to ourselves?

Answer:

It isn't always healthy. Sometimes keeping the emotions about we feel from everyone can help prevent some situations. However, in saying that keeping everything you feel bottled inside isn't that healthy. Your emotions and problems will start to eat you from the inside out. You are lying to everyone including the people you love and care for because to most those emotion of sadness, guilt, jealousy are bad emotions that should be kept to you and you only. You don't have to spill every single emotion to strangers on the street but just expressing whether you want to go and do something, or be with some will make your life easier, and the people you know easier. Instead of never knowing and having you shut down as soon as they bring up it, they knew for sure whether they can do something to help, or if you are actually fine.
