y = 35 - 15x
3x + 1/5y = 7
1/5y = 7 - 3x
y = 5 (7 - 3x)

Y = -15x + 35
Solve for y by simplifying both sides of the equation, then isolating the variable.
Hope this helps!
Have a great day!
