1. Given, w = -2

2w^2-3w+7

= 2(-2)^2-3(-2)+7

= 2(4)-3(-2)+7

= 8+6+7

= 21

2. Given, a = -6, b = -3

9a-2b-8

= 9(-6)-2(-3)-8

= -54+6-8

= -56

Explanation:

1. w= −2

then,

2w²-3w+7= 2(2)²-3(2)+7

=8-6+7

=8+1

=9

2. a= −6 and b= −3

then,

9a−2b−8

=9(-6)-2(-3)-8

=-54+6-8

=-56
