7 divided by 1/2 is 14. You want to multiply the numerator 7 by the denominator 2. You will get 7x2 over 1 (7x2/1) that will be 14 over 1 (14/1) which is Simplified to just a whole number of 14.
ANSWER IS 14/1 or 14
