If participants do not comply, police begin to enforce the unlawful order, which can lead to an escalation of physical force or tear gas. In your opinion, how can this conflict be avoided? Some say, the police should allow the protest to continue even if unlawful. Others say that if participants would just comply with a lawful police order, conflict is avoided. What do you think?
