A bag contains 3 red, 4 black, and 2 green balls. One ball is drawn at random from the bag, find the probability that the drawn ball is black. URGENT!!!

There are total (3r + 4g + 2b) = 9 balls in the bag . Two balls are drawn, our event happens if exactly one of them is a green ball. The required probability of happening of the required event is, therefore

= {C(4, 1)xC(5, 1)}/ C(9, 2) = (5x4)/36

= 5/9 .
