The powers add so done term by term you get

2*3 x ^(3 + 2) = 6x^5

2x^2 *(-2 x^2) = - 4x^(2 + 2) = -4x^4

2x^2 * 2x = 4x^(2 + 1) = 4x^3

You put the 6 into the lower green box and 5 into the upper green box.

You use the same pattern for the other 2 terms.
