Magnitude is distance between points

\\ \rm{:}\dashrightarrow AB=\sqrt{(2√(3)-√(3))^2+(2-1)^2}=√(3+1)=2units

Direction is slope

\\ \rm{:}\dashrightarrow \alpha=tan^(-1)((2-1)/(√(3)))

\\ \rm{:}\dashrightarrow \alpha=tan^(-1)((1)/(√(3)))

\\ \rm{:}\dashrightarrow \alpha=(\pi)/(6)
