y = 1/6x - 4

Explanation:

y2 - y1 / x2 - x1

-5 - (-3) / -6 - 6

-2 / -12

= 1/6

y = 1/6x + b

-3 = 1/6(6) + b

-3 = 1 + b

-4 = b
