Answer:

y=-(x)/(2) +
(3)/(4)

Explanation:

6x + 12y=9

Subtract 6x from both sides.

12y=9-6x

Divide both sides by 12.

(12y)/(12)=
(9-6x)/(12)

Dividing by 12 undoes the multiplication

y=(9-6x)/(12)

Divide 9 - 6x by 12

y=-(x)/(2) +
(3)/(4)

hope this helps!
