5x +3 – 2x = 3 (x + 1)

infinite solutions:
5x + 3 -2x = 3(x+1)
5x -2x + 3 = 3x + 3
3x + 3 = 3x + 3
subtract 3x from each side and that leaves you with 3=3 which is true for any value of x
