Answer:

6(2e+1) or 12e+6

Explanation:

4e+6+8e

we gonna add 4e + 8e together first

then add 6

4e+8e = 12e

12e + 6

now we gonna factor out 6 from the expression

6(2e+1)

or

12e + 6

since we cant do much here anymore

I would recommend 12e+ 6 as am answer.
