Answer:

a=4, b=8, c=6

Explanation:

ATQ, p(x) + q(x) = r(x)

3x^3-(12-a)x^2-(3-c)x+b-13 = 3x^3-8x^2+3x-5

Comparing the coefficients, we have

12-a=8, a=4

b-13=-5, b=8

-(3-c)=3, c=6
