I NEED THIS RIGHT NOW!!!

One roll of wallpaper covers 300 square feet. What is the least number of rolls of wallpaper needed to cover the walls of a room in the shape of a rectangular prism with a length of 15 feet, a width of 15 feet, and a height of 9 feet?

Answer: 2 rolls

Explanation:

the area of the walls only in this room is 4(15x9) = 540 ft²

If one roll of wallpaper covers 300 square feet, divide the surface area of the walls by 300. Round to the next whole number to find the number of rolls:

540/300 = 1.8 rolls.

Since the rolls come in whole numbers, you will need 2 rolls of wallpaper to cover your walls.
