Happiness is a feeling of being free, positive and not having to worry about a single thing in the world. My advice would be is to try to be the best version of yourself, stay positive, have a good sense of humor and use healthy coping methods when you are feeling anxious, stressed out or feeling a strong emotion. So that way, you are able to be more happier, able to deal with intense emotions and get back to the positive emotions. There's other ways too but these are the ways I use. :) have a nice day
