hi

x²-25 = (x+5) ( x-5)

As a multiplication can only add up to zero if one of term is 0 ,

there is two solutions :

x+5 = 0

x = -5

and x-5 = 0

x = 5

So two solutions for x² -25 = 0 which are -5 and 5
