A circle, when using degrees, have 360 degrees. 1/360 of a circle can be calculated by multiplying the two numbers.

(1)/(360)*360=1

Therefore, the answer for the question is

Since a circle measures 360 degrees, 1/360 of it would be one degree, a very "skinny" angle,so it is less than 90 degrees, (B)
