8x+3 = (x) =12 because if 8x + 75 means that x alone will still be 8 the x + 3 +5 =16

Answer:

7x +72

Explanation:

Tuition - (room and board)

8x+75 - ( x+3)

Distribute the minus sign

8x+75 - x-3

7x +72
