1. Find a number multiplied by 4 that is eight, It would be 2 because two times 4 is eight.

2. Multiply the right side by 2

3. You now have 1 6

8 8

4. Now you just have to add the numbers , do not add the denominators ( in this case 8)

5. You would get 7
