since base angle of an isosceles triangle are equal angle A = angle C

angle ACB + 113 = 180 degree

angle ACB = 180 - 113

angle ACB = 67 degree

since angle C is 67 degree angle A is also 67 degree

angle B + angle A = 113 degree (sum of two interior opposite angle is equal to the exterior angle formed)

angle B + 67 = 113

angle B = 113 - 67

angle B = 46 degree
