1. What must be added to 203 to get a number whose digits are reversed of the given number?​

The number obtained by reversing the digits of 203 = 302. Since the required number is 99.

The answer to question needs very less maths...
When we reverse the digits of 203,we get 302.
So we can form an equation out of these values:
203 + x = 302
x = 302-203
x = 99
This means that your answer is 99
