if you had a serious sprain which made you not walk for a couple of days like at all but you can somewhat walk after a while but you have a limp should i just continue to just walk with the limp or continue to wait it out?

My opinion it’s been a while and it’s good to but pressure on your wound. Yes it may hurt but it will help it heal and help you walk. One time I hurt my foot really bad and my nurse told me to put pressure on it

Explanation: I have had a number of sprains in my lifetime but I think it's best to after some rest start to put a little weight on it and gradually increase the weight. Whatever feels best for you
