From the given diagram;

Opposite side IJ = 22

Hypotenuse HI = x

Angle of elevation = 57degrees

Using the SOH CAH TOA;

sin theta = opposite/hypotenuse

sin theta = IJ/HI

sin57 = 22/x

x = 22/sin57

x = 22/0.8387

x = 26.2

Hence the legnth of HI is 26.2
