as you look through the options, you can see that they are not both on the inside or out, they are one in and one out so that gets rid of the alternate interior and exterior angle theorems, or you can eliminate both A, B, and D.

since the transversal is going at the same angle through the parallel lines, you can see that if you put the bottom half over the top half, it will be congruent.

this leaves you with C which is then your answer.
