Billing for a non-covered service as a covered service.
Misrepresenting dates of service.
Misrepresenting locations of service.
Misrepresenting provider of service.
Waiving of deductibles and/or co-payments.

Warning 1: No accurate knowledge or real knowledge of their profession and even if there is accurate knowledge, not a lot of it.

Warning 2: no certification on the walls, or name tags, or and other legal things that are sideways indicate a false or fake health care provider

Warning 3: lack of actual care. If this health care provider doesn’t seem to be treating any problems that you have or can’t seem to help you per say, that could be a indicator that this is not a legitimate health care provider
