when a job says for example $12-$16per hour what does that mean ? like does that mean you get paid $12 per hour or 16 per hour ? like im kind of confused .

I think that it means that you can get an amount of money that ranges between $12 to $16, meaning that it could be $12 or $13 or $14 or $15 or $16. They have to inform you on what the final payment is going to be though, it's just not sure, you know...
