Answer: 44.427004 (not sure if you have to round it)

You would use the law of sines since we are given the hypotenuse and the opposite side. 28 is opposite the angle we are looking for. 40 is directly across from the right angle making it a hypotenuse.

Sin X/1 = 28/40

sin^-1 (28/40) = 44.427004
