Answer: walk longer or faster

Explanation:

she walks two times per week each for 35 mins

so she walks for 1:10 an our and ten mins a week

and she walks 3.0 miles per hour

so she walk a little over 3 mi a week

if she wants to ake it more intense she can walk for an hour each walk
