Let :

Let the angle = x

Second angle = x + 10

Third angle = x - 10

Sum of angles in a triangle = 180

x + (x + 10) + (x - 10) = 180

x + x + 10 + x - 10 = 180

3x = 180

x = 180 / 3

x = 60

Smallest angle :

x - 10 = 60 - 10 = 50°
