Explanation:

To find the slope we can do two things. No.1, we can take any 4 points from the graph in the form of (x,y) (x,y) or use the formula rise/run.

I will use rise/run as the line is constant (straight) and it is easier.

Take any rising coordinate (y) and any run coordinate (x). Remember the bigger your point the more accurate the answer. I will take 9 and 5.5 (the point should be aligned meaning both should touch each other at a point in the line.

gradient= 9/5.5= 1.636
