Answer: 18x -15 -y =0

Explanation:

because linear equations in two variables are always in the format of ax+by+c=0

where a,b and c are constant terms

in this case a = 18; ax= 18x

b= -1 , by= -y

c= 15

Answer:

90x + 75 = 90x + 12, they don't intersect

Explanation:

18x + 15 - y = 0

5y = 90x + 12

1. We will be using substitution, to do so, bring y to the other side in the first eqaution.

18x + 15 - y = 0

18x + 15 = y

2. Now plug in 18x+15 into the second equation

5(18x + 15) = 90x + 12

3. Distribute and solve for x

90x + 75 = 90x + 12

Because the slopes are the same (90x) this means that the system does not have an intersect.
