In "True Justice" one of Mr. Stevenson's clients Anthony Ray Hinton discusses his arrest. When he

was arrested the police officer told him that he would have a white judge, a white jury and a white man
was going to testify that Mr. Hinton killed a man. According to what we discussed this year the
Constitution says that everyone is entitled to due process including a fair trial and impartial jury. Were
these rights applied to Mr. Hinton?

Answer:

Yes.

Step-by-step explanation:

Yes, the rights were applied to Mr. Anthony Ray Hinton because he is also a citizen of United states of America. All the rights were applied to the person who comes under the boundaries of United states so in my opinion Mr. Anthony Ray Hinton has the right to attain fair trial and the judges will have to provide justice without considering colour or race of the people.
