The half-life of a radioactive kind of radium is 11 days. If you start with 72 grams of it, how

much will be left after 22 days?

Actually Welcome to the concept of Radioactive decay.

N(t) = 72(1/2)^22/11

==> N(t) = 72 (1/2)^2

==> N(t) = 72/4

==> N(t) = 18 grams.

So the remaining would be 18 grams.
