\leq 2 is what you start with and first, you would have to move the 6 to the other side to isolate the 2x. To do that, you do the opposite operation of the 6 which is addition. Add 6 to both sides to the eqaution would end up being 2x
\leq8. Now to isolate the x, we also have to do the opposite operation so divide the 2x and the 8 by 2. The eqaution would look like this x
\leq4. Number line B would show this ineqaulity as the arrow is going left to show that x is less than 4 but the dot is also shaded in which means that 4 can also be the answer as well. Hope this helps:)
