traditional system is more think country-side, where there isnt much grocery stores. They have to hunt and grow their food more. So, a neighbour can go next door and buy some food. good and services wouldnt be availiable. And you might see these more in societies such as The Amish.

While market economy, is more about production, think factory or mass production. So more goods and services are more availiable. Think your local Walmart or Target.
