Answer:

y=2/8x+1 (Simplified y=1/4x+4)

Explanation:

The slope is rise over run, it goes up 2 so that will be our top number, and it goes to the left 8 which will be our bottom number, now to find our y intercept all we do is see where it crosses the line on the y axis, which looks like 1, this would make the equation y=2/8x+1

but 2/8 can be simplified so lets do that

2/8 simplified is 1/4

now we have

y=1/4x+1
