Can someone please show me how to do this, I know the answer is 125 a^3 b^2.

625 / 5 = 125

There is a more general way to do this which will be in harmony with the rest of the question.

5^4 / 5^1 = 5^(4 - 1) = 5^3 = 125

b^4 / b2 = b^(4 - 2) = b^2

a remains as it is at a^3

So the answer is 125 a^3 b^2
