Answer:

Because burning a non-renewable resource that is not good for the atmosphere, will always cause some kind of chemical reaction to happen.

Examples of these reactions are...

  1. Acid rain, a very dangerous disaster.
  2. Global warming.
  3. Carbon increases.

When fossil fuels are burned, they release large amounts of carbon dioxide, a greenhouse gas, into the air. Greenhouse gases trap heat in our atmosphere, causing global warming. Already the average global temperature has increased by 1C
