Polonius ends up getting killed by Hamlet (Stabbed). Polonius was spying on Hamlet and let out a call for help. Hamlet believed it was Claudius as Polonius was hiding behind arras(curtains). Hamlet stabbed through the Arras fatally wounding Polonius.
