Multipy the equation 1 by 4

Multipy the equation 2 by 3

12x+8y=28\\12x-9y=-6\\\\ comes as equation 3 and 4, subtract 4 from 3,


12x-12x+8y+9y=28+6\\17y=34\\y=2
