Pan-Africanism is a worldwide movement that aims to encourage and strengthen bonds of solidarity between all indigenous and diaspora ethnic groups of African descent

No it wasn’t a nationalist movement. It was a worldwide movement that aims to encourage and strengthen solidarity between all indigenous and diaspora ethnic groups of African descendants.
