Explanation:

When you move translate a coordinate horizontally, if it is to the left, you subtract the x value with how many units you move, and if its to the right, you add however many units you move to the x-value. and when you move vertically, if you move down, subtract the amount of units you moved from the y-value, and if you move up, add however many units you moved to the y-value.
