My family still keeps the gingerbread house we made last year in front of the fireplace and I`ve grown attached to it lol

Should I throw it away or nah? (bc apparently it doesn`t attract ants)

I’d probably throw it away because I don’t like “food” items sitting around the house whether for not they attract ants.
