The formula for intersecting chords creating which create the limits of arcs and associated angles is

<HES = 1/2 (ARC HS + ARC GF)

<HES = 1/2 (ARC 51 + ARC 195)

<HES = 1/2 (246)

<HES = 123

What that tells you is that <GEF = the same thing because <HES and <GEF are vertically opposite.

Now I am going to assume that <HES = 16x + 11. This is not a sure thing, but I assume it is what is intended.

16x + 11 = 123 Subtract 11 from both sides

16x = 123 - 11

16x = 112 Divide by 16

x = 112/16

x = 7
